Last year we as a Surgery lost valuable funding due to the Government's patient experience survey. We can only make a difference to the Service we provide if we hear directly from you about the service you receive. We have therefore been working hard to try and find out how we can improve our service by running our own survey and displaying useful information about how we work.
Appointments Survey Feedback
Thank you very much to those of you who took part in our recent patient survey. We collected 431 questionnaires over one week in February, from patients who were attending for routine GP appointments.
Anyone who didn’t attend whilst we were running the questionnaire is welcome to leave us a note in our suggestions box or talk to a member of staff.

Our Practice Staff are Here to Help You
Our aim is to be as polite and helpful as possible to ALL patients.
If you consider that you have been treated unfairly or inappropriately, please ask the reception staff to contact Charlotte Fortune, who will be happy to address your concerns.
However, shouting and swearing at Practice staff will NOT be tolerated under ANY circumstances and patients who are abusive may be removed from the patient list.
Please help us to help you.
Thank You
Our Values
Everyone in our team is committed to patient-centred care; that is paying attention to their physical, emotional and cultural needs.
We greatly value knowing people and families over years or decades - some of our patients have been with us since the surgery was founded over 50 years ago. This long-term relationship can be extremely valuable in helping patients with their problems and illnesses and helping them to get what they need from the NHS.
We are constantly learning from our contacts with patients.
We welcome any feedback or suggestions.
